The apartment surpassed expectations, with a jacuzzi bath. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. The restaurant behind the hotel was wonderful. Spa was great, with a free hour of use. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The town itself was a great place to spend Christmas, with a beautiful and friendly atmosphere. The hotel location was very convenient, since it was easy to access all the town's attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, with a delicious variety of food that was much appreciated.
The hotel lacked essential amenities, such as an elevator, which made it difficult to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. Also, there was no ATM or 24-hour shop nearby, which was very inconvenient. The room was quite basic and lacked some basic features, such as a mini-fridge and a water pot, that I thought were needed for the winter.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and a beautiful tower. The breakfast was fantastic for its price, and there is a lovely beer garden and restaurant adjacent to the hotel. the room sizes were large, and the spa was great with a free hour given.

The city itself was stunning! The restaurants located nearby offered incredible local food, and there was a piece of old city wall and watchtower nearby, adding historical feel to my city trip. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, making the stay even better.
One major downside was the lack of elevator, which meant carrying heavy suitcases up to the second floor was a bit of a hassle. the location was quite far from the train station, making travel a bit more difficult than I had initially anticipated.
